HALLOWEEN - Mummy Sausage Rolls

Ingredients

Cocktail Sausages
Puff Pastry
American Mild Mustard

Please Ignore the milk, it was late, I was about to make a coffee! ;)

Cut the pastry into thin strips (7-10mm)

Wrap the cocktail sausages with the pastry strips leaving a gap for the eyes.

In a preheated oven at 180 degrees celsius bake the sausages for 10 minutes to cook the pastry and warm up the sausages then switch oven on to grill and grill until the pastry turns a nice golden colour.

Allow to cool before adding the mustard eyes otherwise the sauce will just melt off!
Add mustard eyes and its ready to serve!

I hope you and the family enjoy these super easy 3 ingredient Mummy Sausage Rolls!
